Do you have this problem ?

STEP 1

Power Cycle. Unplug the power cable for 5 seconds and then plug it back in.

STEP 2

Wait until you see the screen below then push SET or SETUP on your remote control 

(NOTE: This screen will apear for a very short time then will disapear, if you miss it you have to go back to step 1)

STEP 3

Choose Software Update

STEP 4

Click Start Update

STEP 5

Click Verify

STEP 6

Click Start Update

STEP 7

Now the device will automatically restart, wait for the screen below then press SET or SETUP on your remote. 

(NOTE: This screen will apear for a very short time then will disapear, if you miss it you have to go back to step 1)

STEP 8

Choose Setting icon below

Note: If you don't see this screen, you should push exit once or twice until you get this screen.

STEP 9

Choose Update software now as shown below

STEP 10

Choose Update as shown below

You're Done

Now the device will update to the latest version and will automatically restart it self.
